下面是我的疑问：
1 我的账号有关店风险吗？（我认为有，可能过段时间或者亚马逊大规模关店）
2 侵权是跟我没做备案有关系吗 （我感觉不会太严重，因为有些产品是有专利的，就算注册备案了，但是没有美国本地商标或者外观专利根本不管用的，不受保护，）
3这段时间是不是很多卖家收到侵权警告（我认识的一个朋友 做饰品的这段时间也被警告清泉了）
