To deliver stable system functions, platform integration capabilities and enterprise‑grade configuration capabilities, we store service‑operation‑related configuration contents in background system configurations (including without limitation adminSetting, system settings, plug‑in configurations, platform configurations, API configurations). Such configurations may include:
Basic Service Configurations: e.g. feature switches, menu display rules, default language, customer service contact details, help links, announcement configurations, client or plug‑in download addresses.
Platform and Store Integration Configurations: e.g. platform API endpoints, authorization modes, application identifiers, sites, currency units, logistics channels, warehouses, taxation, invoices, order synchronization, product listing and inventory synchronization and other necessary configurations.
Security and Interface Configurations: e.g. open‑API keys, signature rules, callback addresses, proxy or routing rules, IP whitelists, access restrictions, API call audit configurations.
Enterprise Management Configurations: e.g. sub‑account permissions, roles, departments, store assignments, automatic processing rules, message push, order rules, import‑export rules.
adminSetting may contain sensitive information such as business credentials, keys, tokens, callback addresses, store or enterprise configurations. We process these configurations solely for purposes of providing, maintaining, debugging, auditing and securing Services. We implement access control, encrypted storage, log auditing, least‑privilege principles and desensitized display measures. Without your authorization or legal and regulatory requirements, we will not use such configurations for purposes unrelated to Services nor disclose them to irrelevant third parties.
