Wangxiaowang ERP User Service Agreement
Welcome to use the "Wangxiaowang ERP" Service.
Adhering to the tenet of helping merchants better manage their stores, Wangxiaowang ERP provides you with high‑quality services. To ensure your satisfactory experience with the Wangxiaowang ERP platform and services, please read carefully and fully understand all clauses of the Wangxiaowang ERP User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”), especially clauses disclaiming or limiting liabilities and other clauses involving your material rights and interests. If you are under 18 years of age, please complete the procedures under the supervision of your legal guardian or have your legal guardian act on your behalf.
Please be advised that by clicking to accept this Agreement, you enter into this Agreement with the service provider of Wangxiaowang ERP (“we”) and may use all services we provide via web pages, PC clients and WeChat Mini Programs. Your use of any of our services shall constitute that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement, please stop using our services immediately; this shall not prevent you from browsing page information.
Given the importance of the services we provide, you confirm and agree that: the registration information you provide is true, accurate, complete, lawful and valid; you shall update your registration information promptly if any change occurs. Should the registration information you provide be unlawful, untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, you shall bear corresponding liabilities and consequences arising therefrom, and we reserve the right to terminate your access to all Wangxiaowang ERP services.

1. Service Description
Service Purpose
To help merchants better manage their stores.
Service Provider
This Service is provided by Wangxiaowang ERP. “Wangxiaowang ERP” refers to the online platform operated by Fuzhou Wangxiao Software Technology Co., Ltd. Depending on context, “Wangxiaowang ERP” under this Agreement may refer to the Wangxiaowang ERP website, Wangxiaowang ERP order‑placement webpage, mobile‑end applications, and relevant technical services provided for Wangxiaowang ERP software products, also referred to as “Wangxiaowang ERP” or “we” herein.
User
A user means any person who registers, logs in to and uses Wangxiaowang ERP and its services, and is mostly referred to as “you” in this Agreement.
Service Content
Wangxiaowang ERP is a SaaS platform providing technical services for merchants. Its services include but are not limited to product collection, product listing, batch modification, product editing, product inspection, production of various images, materials, templates, posters and videos, Wangxiaowang ERP matting, online image collage, and online store decoration.
Service Platform
Services provided by Wangxiaowang ERP cover store management for mainstream domestic and cross‑border e‑commerce platforms as well as various Mini Programs. Wangxiaowang ERP will keep updating and improving its functions to meet your growing demands.
Scope of Service License
Wangxiaowang ERP grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑sole, non‑assignable and non‑sublicensable license to use Wangxiaowang ERP.
All other rights not explicitly licensed under this Agreement are reserved by Wangxiaowang ERP. You must obtain written permission from Wangxiaowang ERP separately to exercise such rights. Failure by Wangxiaowang ERP to exercise or enforce any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
2. About Your Account
Account Registration
Before using any Wangxiaowang ERP services, you shall complete account registration and set your password by providing corresponding e‑commerce platform service authorizations or your real personal information. To ensure security, effectiveness and continuous optimization of platform services for you, you agree to authorize Wangxiaowang ERP to verify and reasonably process your personal information.
Upon successful registration, you become a legitimate user of Wangxiaowang ERP. Your account serves as your login credential and shall be kept in your custody. For Wangxiaowang ERP, your account is the sole basis for verifying your identity; all operations performed under your account shall be deemed as your own acts. Please keep your account safe and prevent others from logging into Wangxiaowang ERP using your account. Notify Wangxiaowang ERP immediately if you detect unauthorized use or security vulnerabilities of your account.
You shall be responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and lawfulness of your submitted registration information and update it in a timely manner. If you submit any illegal, immoral or otherwise inappropriate materials for display on Wangxiaowang ERP, or if Wangxiaowang ERP reasonably suspects your materials stem from program‑driven or malicious operations, Wangxiaowang ERP has the right to suspend or terminate your account.
Wangxiaowang ERP assumes no liability for any registration information submitted by users.
If you no longer wish to use our services, you may cancel your account at any time via web pages, clients or Mini Programs. After account cancellation, we still reserve the following rights:
After registered‑member account cancellation, we will retain your platform account, registration data and materials in accordance with the Wangxiaowang ERP User Privacy Policy.
If you have committed illegal acts or breaches of this Agreement prior to account cancellation, we may still exercise the rights stipulated under this Agreement.
User Account Security
After completing the registration process, you may log in to your Wangxiaowang ERP account using your mobile‑phone number and password. Protecting your account security is your responsibility. You agree that:
You shall bear full responsibility for all activities conducted under your password and account.
Wangxiaowang ERP shall not and cannot be held liable for any losses or damages arising out of your failure to keep your account and password secure.
3. Service Fees
Wangxiaowang ERP provides SaaS solutions. Basic functions are available free‑of‑charge. We also offer store‑based subscription, package‑based subscription and value‑added resource‑package services. Normally, no refunds will be granted for paid services once purchased. Refunds may be processed only if: repeated deductions occur due to technical faults on Wangxiaowang ERP’s side; or major product malfunctions on Wangxiaowang ERP’s side render purchased services unavailable. Under such circumstances, you may prepare relevant appeal materials and contact Wangxiaowang ERP customer service for verification and refund processing.
Wangxiaowang ERP may convert certain free service benefits into paid services, or revise pricing standards, charging modes and service entitlements for paid services. Such revisions will be notified on corresponding service pages and announced on our website. If you disagree with such revisions, you shall stop using the relevant services.
4. Protection and Authorization of User Information
Protecting users’ personal information is a fundamental principle of Wangxiaowang ERP. In compliance with laws and regulations, Wangxiaowang ERP will perform its obligations as a mobile‑internet information‑service provider and safeguard your personal information. Please refer to the Wangxiaowang ERP User Privacy Policy for details.
5. User Code of Conduct
Information‑Content Specifications
You shall be liable for the truthfulness and lawfulness of information and content you publish via the Wangxiaowang ERP platform and services. You shall obtain prior authorization or approval from right‑holders or any competent third‑party where required.
Usage Rules
Unless permitted by applicable law or by written permission from Wangxiaowang ERP, you must not engage in any of the following activities while using this Service:
Deleting copyright‑related information on the service software, this Service or its copies;
Conducting reverse‑engineering, reverse‑assembly or reverse‑compilation against the service software or this Service;
Using, renting, lending, copying or modifying content for which Wangxiaowang ERP holds intellectual‑property rights.
6. Liability for Breach
If Wangxiaowang ERP detects or receives reports or complaints alleging your breach of this Agreement or any malicious conduct on your part, Wangxiaowang ERP may delete or block relevant content without prior notice, and impose penalties on the violating account based on the severity of the conduct, including but not limited to warnings, restricting or prohibiting access to part or all functions, account suspension and account cancellation.
Should third‑party complaints, claims or litigations arise from your breach of this Agreement or other provisions, you shall bear all legal liabilities on your own.
7. Suspension and Termination of Services
You understand and agree that Wangxiaowang ERP reserves the right to modify or terminate this Service (or any part thereof), either temporarily or permanently, at any time, with or without prior notice.
If you breach this Agreement, Wangxiaowang ERP may suspend or terminate one or more services according to actual circumstances.
8. Third‑Party Products and Services
When you use third‑party products or services within Wangxiaowang ERP, you shall comply not only with this Agreement but also with the relevant third‑party’s user agreement.
When you use third‑party products or services within Wangxiaowang ERP, Wangxiaowang ERP may invoke third‑party systems or rely on third‑party support for your use or access, and the results of such use or access are provided by such third parties.
9. Advertisements
Wangxiaowang ERP may contain advertisements, which constitute a legitimate and reasonable business model for Wangxiaowang ERP and its affiliates.
Any form of communication or commercial dealings you conduct with advertisers or other third parties through this website, or any promotional‑activity participation, are solely between you and such advertisers or third parties.
10. Disclaimer
The product migration, product copying and product collection functions of Wangxiaowang ERP are intended solely for merchants to list products among their own multiple stores or where authorization has been obtained from relevant right‑holders.
When uploading product data using product migration, copying or collection functions, certain product attributes may be auto‑populated by platforms due to differing e‑commerce‑platform rules. Please carefully verify product‑information accuracy after copying.
If functions of Wangxiaowang ERP infringe legitimate interests of third‑party platforms, please notify us promptly; we will carry out rectification immediately upon confirmation.
Any harm caused to third‑party interests in your course of using Wangxiaowang ERP shall be borne solely by you or your entity.
You understand and agree that Wangxiaowang ERP software and related services may be subject to multiple influencing or interfering factors; accordingly, Wangxiaowang ERP does not warrant that the services will fully satisfy your usage requirements.
You understand and agree that force‑majeure events or other factors may occur during your use of Wangxiaowang ERP.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that Wangxiaowang ERP provides no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind in connection with services under this Agreement.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks arising from your use of this Service.
11. Browser‑Plug‑In Usage Agreement
You may choose to install our browser plug‑in and use the following functions:
Accelerate local collection speed.
Join mutual‑acceleration pool.
One‑click collection from source‑supply‑platform web pages.
Automatic monitoring of information changes on source‑supply platforms.
12. Intellectual‑Property Statement
Fuzhou Wangxiao Software Technology Co., Ltd. is the intellectual‑property‑right owner of Wangxiaowang ERP and its services.
Without written consent from Wangxiaowang ERP, you shall not exercise, utilize or transfer the aforesaid intellectual‑property rights for any commercial or non‑commercial purpose, nor permit any third party to do so.
You understand and agree that texts, images, videos, audios and other content you publish or upload while using the Wangxiaowang ERP platform and related services shall be either your original works or content for which you have obtained lawful authorization.
You grant Wangxiaowang ERP a free, non‑exclusive, worldwide right to collect, use, store, manage and protect user‑generated content produced in your use of this Service, for the necessary purposes of providing, optimizing and promoting this Service.
13. Complaint Channels and Handling
If you discover any content on the Wangxiaowang ERP platform that infringes your rights, please notify Wangxiaowang ERP promptly via in‑app customer service (customer‑service email: service@wxwerp.com).
Wangxiaowang ERP encourages users to jointly participate in maintaining and supervising a compliant and clean usage environment for Wangxiaowang ERP.
14. Miscellaneous Provisions
Your login to and use of Wangxiaowang ERP constitutes your reading of this Agreement and your consent to be bound by its terms.
After you complete Wangxiaowang ERP registration, we may introduce product functions and conduct sales promotion to you via phone, WeChat or other channels.
Wangxiaowang ERP reserves the right to revise this Agreement to reflect changes in national policies, technical conditions, product features and other requirements.
This Agreement is concluded in Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, the People’s Republic of China.
The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China.
Should any dispute or controversy arise between you and Wangxiaowang ERP, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the competent people’s court at the place of conclusion of this Agreement.
Headings of clauses in this Agreement are for readability only and carry no substantive meaning.
If any clause of this Agreement is held partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
