大家有没有遇到"整个反馈是对商品的评论"被客服拒绝移除
客户给了一个negative feedback,内容"one of them do not works",在我理解看来,这个feedback应该属于"整个反馈是对商品的评论"。于是开了case要求移除,狗血的是,有时候秒删,有时候会有客服介入审视,今天就遇到一个较真的鬼婆客服,邮件如下,
Greetings from Amazon Seller Support,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
I have reviewed your request for the feedback removal regarding the Order ID:111-xxx-XXXX, We understand you want to remove the feedback as product review, however I have checked and found that buyer has received the item which is defective and not working.
I would have removed this feedback had it meets the criteria as per Amazon feedback removal guidelines. However, as per the Amazon feedback removal guideline we are unable to remove the feedback without the buyer's consent we request you to please again contact to the buyer and provide him with a better resolution and request the buyer to remove the feedback or else I suggest you to ask for a written confirmation from him and I will love to help you with removal of this entry.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope that you can understand my position.
========感觉即便"整个反馈是对商品的评论"也不一定能都移除,还得看客服的个人心情,想问下大家有没有遇到这种问题,有好的解决方法吗,谢谢.

    亲,不要着急,一般一个case,亚马逊回复你48小时之后,你不回复,系统默认此case关闭,过了48小时又可以重新开哦,嘿嘿
