以上是收到的侵权通知邮件，有几十家都被投诉下架了，网上查了下snb react 是欧洲的一个非营利性投诉组织，专门帮投诉各种侵权，并非品牌或者商标持有人。
我的产品确定没有商标侵权，是我自己的商标，R标再过两个月左右能下来，但是产品设计是仿的某大牌的，如果他们投诉设计专利，我能理解，但是介于这个投诉组织的神秘性，不知他们是什么套路，和原厂有什么关系，请教各位知友：
1.此类投诉申诉回来的概率大么？
2.有人遇到过类似的情况么，该如何申诉？
