    首先,如果是一款产品退货多,建议楼主赶紧去拿产品测试下,如果有问题,无法改进,趁还出得动赶紧甩完。
    其次,退货多但是却没有客户反映具体问题?会不会是实物跟图片相差大,本身产品看起来就劣质?
    如果你不知道产品本身问题或者觉得没啥问题,再去发信问客户退货原因,不然有可能不问还好,问一下就来个差评。下面是我的模板,仅供参考,随机应变
